Meet the Ash Collector Accessory. It prevents ash from coming into contact with the grease released by the meat while cooking. The result is less unwanted smoke and a cleaner, more flavorful cookout.
Made entirely from stainless steel, it features a sturdy four-leg support. It is easy to use, simple to clean, protects the base of your barrel smoker, and helps extend its lifespan.
